What's Covered
Our complimentary 3-year warranty provides coverage for a range of essential mechanical components critical to your vehicle’s performance. If a covered item fails due to mechanical breakdown during the warranty period, you're protected for the repair or replacement of each covered item up to $1,000 per component per claim, with no limit on the number of claims made during the warranty term.

Extra Benefits
Should your vehicle become immobilised due to a covered issue, you may also be eligible for:
- Accommodation allowance up to $150/day (maximum $500 per claim) if you are more than 100 km from home.
- Car hire reimbursement up to $100/day (maximum $500 per claim) if your vehicle requires more than 2 days of repair time.
This warranty is subject to certain policy conditions, including ongoing maintenance requirements, which will be outlined in full upon purchase.
Claims Process
If you experience a covered mechanical issue:
- Review your warranty document to confirm eligibility.
- Contact us to be guided to an approved repairer.
- The repairer will diagnose the issue and submit a detailed report.
- Once approved, the repairer will carry out the necessary repairs.
All claims must be authorised before work begins. Unauthorised repairs are not covered.
Transferring Your Warranty
If you sell your vehicle, your warranty can be transferred to the new owner within 7 days of the sale. Certain conditions and requirements may apply to complete the transfer process.
Important Notes
- This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
- The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, ongoing maintenance items, or issues arising from misuse or pre-existing faults.
- Claim limits, exclusions, and service conditions apply.
